Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. Delivery times and costs are communicated at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

6. Returns and Cancellations

If you are a consumer located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or were delivered in error. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

This right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or custom-made for you.

7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and images on this site are accurate. However, minor variations in colour or specification may occur. If a product does not match its description in a material way, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability
